nan spor (5/5 stars, 4 years ago): Went to see about a refurbished and updated laptop. Gentleman there was very kind and helpful. Was able to find one capable of all I needed for under $200.00. That included adding a wireless mouse. Very happy.

Brian Dodge (1/5 stars, 6 years ago): Came on 4/18/19. There was a sign on the door that said they were closing early but would resume regular hours tomorrow. Came back on 4/19/19 and they were closed early again. No sign nothing. Have been in here before and seen the person behind the counter watching movies and not caring about what was happening. It is absolutely true that they have some good deals but the customer service is non-existent.

Zulaw De (1/5 stars, 7 years ago): Bought a laptop for $150 after getting it checked in 3 separated times it was finally replace with a worse one that started freezing and had to turn off then back on for it to work then it started giving me error codes because the life of battery is gone by then the "warranty" was over. They tried to replace the first computer for one that costed $50 less the what I paid the 1st time and told me that they could not refund me the difference. Poor customer service.
