Stacey Hamby (1/5 stars, 4 months ago): I have had a horrible experience with the franchise in Murfreesboro Tennessee. Communication has been exceedingly poor as well as the inconsistency of when they pick up and when they don’t. I understand that things can happen occasionally with a driver and we gave them the benefit of the doubt several times. They then canceled our service without our request or knowledge and then charge a new set up fee and added glass recycling charge which I had been grandfathered in from the last company formerly Stones River. I left multiple voicemails and emails for Taylor Garett franchise owner in Murfreesboro Tennessee and she responded to one and then never again after we continued to have issues. And without notice they move me to every other week pick up paying the same as what was paying for wkly. I’ve given them too many chances and they are a headache to deal with so if someone is looking for a good recycling company in Murfreesboro Tennessee do NOT do business with these folks at Recyclops.

Neil Bowers (5/5 stars, a year ago): Excellent customer service and great program to have your drivers take photos! I love it. Yes assuming that pic was takes on that day and time it is correct. As you can see our garage door was open. I was inside picking up a load of cardboard and exited into the driveway a couple of seconds later. He was across the street when I dropped it at the curb and ran back to get glass and tote. I guess he didn't see me. Oh well. My bad. But if he's (she's) in the area again in the next few days I'd be happy to carry it back out to the curb prior to his scheduled arrival. Again great customer response. I respect Recyclops and have difficulty understanding all the negative reviews I see online. Please keep up the great work! Neil Bowers

Stephen Bigham (1/5 stars, a year ago): Terrible customer service. Waited on hold for more than 15 minutes only to get a recording telling me no agent was available and to call back later. Today’s issue was that my glass recycling was not taken. But I continue to get emails asking me to tip. Such gaul. Before Recyclops bought our old recycling company everything was fine. But since Recyclops took-over it’s been hit-and-miss.
