Sioux Falls Household Hazardous Waste Facility

Dean Conners (5/5 stars, 3 months ago): Nice wheel loader operator brought bucket to back door of truck. Tossed steel dryer and other steel items right in the bucket. Because he was pushing steel pile and we wanted to stay back out of the way. Good job buddy work safe and smarter not dumb and harder.

Jackie Hemenway (1/5 stars, 5 years ago): We have had very good experiences at this facility in the past. This time we were helping clean out a house for an 86 year old man. We had 3 very heavy tv consoles and record players to dispose of. The first time we went there an employee named Chuck started questioning us as to where the stuff came from. We explained our connection to the owner and he told us we needed to take it to a place where we had to pay to drop it since it wasn't ours. Then he told us if we got the owners ID we could drop it off. So we got the ID and went back. The same rude person met us. We gave him the ID and he scanned it. Then started questioning us as to why a person would have 3 old consoles and said it was pretty strange. Then he complained about where they were situated in the trailer. My husband had to get out and push the consoles to the back of the trailer for them. This person - Chuck - is not a very good representative for the city of Sioux Falls!
